To achieve maximum customer satisfaction and progressively improve the quality of products and our production processes, in 2011, F.LLI FICO srl set up a Quality management system compliant and updated to the new UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard and periodically verified by the certifying body KIWA CERMET. Furthermore, starting from 2019 the new UL certification has been added to products intended for the American and Canadian markets.
